Guys, it is banger show after banger movie after banger album release, and I am obsessed.

If you haven’t already heard, My Life with the Walter Boys just released their official date for season two. I feel like I have been waiting forever—it’s been almost two years. The agony of knowing a show is filming and then waiting silently for any type of update is dreadful.

August 28th is something that has been coursing through my head—living rent-free, might I add—for the past day. Jackie is back, and most importantly, the boys are still looking oh so good… dare I say even better than last season? Jackie’s outfits, from what I’m seeing, are to die for—especially in comparison to last season.

Also… I am a Cole girlie till the day I die. But Alex? He looks so good—like somebody pass me a fan. I feel like the drama was already pouring through the screen in the 48 seconds we got. And you know what? It’s enough. I haven’t read My Return to the Walter Boys to avoid spoilers, but I’ve seen stuff on TikTok and well… it sounds phenom.

Jackie is definitely not playing around this season. I honestly have no predictions for how season two is going to play out. All I can hope for is Cole and Jackie—I’ll keep Alex for myself, thank you very much. She’s radiating that all-too-relatable energy of “I have no idea what I’m doing,” and honestly? Same. She’s confident, but you can tell she still has butterflies in her stomach from all the uncertainty.

The Cole Effect is back, that’s for sure. I have a love/hate relationship with love triangles—either I love them or I hate them. In this particular moment, I can’t say I’m hating it, but I’m definitely impartial. Alex is out here looking better than ever, and Cole—well, he’s Cole. He’s always looking good. Cole exists and Jackie’s whole world shifts. Like girl, same. At the same time, it’s not healthy, and I’d love to see some actual emotional healthiness in their relationship. Those soft moments? I yearn for them.

Can’t blame the girl though—because I would absolutely do the same if it were Cole and Alex. Who am I to judge?

Also, as expected: new characters. I love the new additions—it makes everything feel like even more drama is coming our way.

I just cannot wait for season two, and I already know I’ll be yelling at Jackie way too much and rolling my eyes at Cole’s crypticness. I’ll be watching like it’s my personal full-time job and obsessing over edits for days.

August simply cannot come fast enough. Let the countdown begin.
